Storyboard, rece, risk assessment, release form, budget.

Storyboard / script: Since the event was during march, we did not know what to expect from it and so had freely shot and filmed what we thought could look rather good and flattering when the interviews were done with the councilor, the surprise guest and some locals.

We had a small idea on what we want to film such as a crowd of people, people talking and laughing ect. For that we couldn't make a script but an idea on how we wanted the video to appear like such as the pace of the video, the appearance e.g. bright and flattering also the type of ident we would want to help link with the whole festival idea such as the bumble bee's that they tend to talk about mostly during the festival, the bee costume, the honey cake etc.

Budget:since we have cameras of our own and some to use from college, we had our concentration on traveling expenses which, for one of our recording, we had someone drive us to the location. for this we did not have anything to pay and the festival was free entry.

meeting: we had recorded the meeting to keep note of what is needed in the promotional video however we weren't able to post it on the blog due to technical difficulties. the recording consists of our clients options for what the promo video should have and what it should need.

recce, risk assessment and location relese form: Since it was a event held by the waltham forest council and cultivate, they had done all this before hand and so we did not do it.
